ombudsman events this autumn

The Financial Ombudsman's series of conferences for firms continues this autumn with events in Belfast, Leeds, Manchester and London.

The "workingtogether" conferences - aimed primarily at financial services practitioners who deal with customer complaints - feature presentations by ombudsmen and senior adjudicators, and workshops on complaints-handling issues including case studies.

During the autumn, the ombudsman service will also be organising and taking part in a range of other roadshows, events and conferences.
